Almost every time we chat to someone about their finances, there is something they have always been unsure of or not understood and they have either not had the time to find out, or are too embarrassed to ask.
What is interesting, is that from our perspective these questions begin to form a pattern. While we sometimes get a particularly curly one, generally you are asking something that the 5 people before you were also unsure of, so you are not alone!
So this is the place to get those 'riddles' answered. Sometimes we'll point you to a video to give you more information, sometimes it will be a short series of articles in our Knowledge Centre, and in some cases it will be the sort of question that only an adviser can answer and we can get one of our team in touch.
But either way, you will be on your way to getting your money 'kit' sorted.
